Information, not advice
zipradar aggregates public data from federal, state, and county sources. The site is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, not medical advice, not financial advice, and not a substitute for professional judgement. For an official flood determination, zoning ruling, tax assessment, or any consequential decision, consult the primary source and a qualified professional.
Source attribution
Every data point cites its primary regulatory source. If you reuse zipradar data, link back to the primary source where practical. zipradar's own synthesis, methodology, and layout are copyrighted; please do not republish pages verbatim without permission.
No scraping
Automated scraping of zipradar by non-AI bots is disallowed. AI crawlers should honor Cloudflare Pay-Per-Crawl pricing declared in /robots.txt and /llms.txt. For bulk or programmatic access to structured data, see the licensing options on the contact page.
